The problem

Most happy clients will leave a review if you ask, but asking is the step that gets skipped. By the time you remember, the moment has passed.

How Tempo handles it

  1. Step 1

    Add your review link once

Paste your Google review link, or another review site, into Tempo’s settings.

  2. Step 2

    Tempo catches the right moment

About 48 hours after an invoice is paid, Harmony drafts a short, personal thank-you that asks for a review and includes your link. You can also request one from any client’s page.

  3. Step 3

    Approve and it’s sent

Review the message, tweak it if you like, and approve. Tempo won’t ask the same client again for 30 days.

You stay in control

Nothing reaches a client until you approve it. Every draft waits in your approval queue, where you can edit it, approve it, or throw it away. There is no setting that lets Tempo send on its own.
